Hola, Saludos a Todos!!!! :-D El día de hoy se termina mi primer reto Yor best body, me siento muy contenta por que me he sentido muy bien en estas semanas,sufría de algo que los médicos llaman "Trafico Lento" pues al baño iba una o máximo 2 veces A LA SEMANA, era un martirio primero pensé que sería muy complicado, que me daría mucha hambre es que tengo chef en casa, pues mi esposo prepara comidas increíbles!!! Conforme fueron pasando los dias note que ya no tenia tanta ansiedad, en las mañanas tomé probióticos y repair despues la malteada de chocolate mmm riquisima!!! Fruta y por las tardes mi comida acompañada con mis enzimas digestivas despues tomaba súper greens y terminaba con malteada para cenar. Camino durante 20 minutos por lo menos 3 veces a la semana, Al inicio me molestaba pues de peso no bajaba nada inicie pesando 87 kilos y termino hoy con 82 pero noté que mi ropa me quedaba floja entonces entendí que estaba bajando tallas. Voy al baño todos los dias y Mi meta siempre fué ponerme un vestido de coctel talla "M" hoy puedo decir... !!! Yes Lo Hice!!! Aumento mi autoestima y Salud, ahora voy por mas kilos. ?? !!!
