Before starting the challenge, I had fell off from the gym and training. I had been injured and to be honest lost motivation to get in the gym to do anything, so during that period I had lost a lot of size and weight. But after I recovered, I knew I had to get on the challenge to get my body to back in shape, but this time I wanted to come back stronger than ever. At the beginning of the 8 weeks, I felt weak and had to push myself to get back to where I once was. The products itself helped improve my recovery time and gave me the boost I needed. You just feel so much more better when you are consistently taking the product line. Adding the new super slim into my regimen gave me a new level of vitality and energy. I could literally see my body becoming more sculpted as I continually used it. I'm not where I want to be yet but through these 8 weeks I have been able to get my body back to where it once was and I'm looking forward to start my next challenge right after this one! My advice to anyone that wants to get great results is to follow the regimen and make sure you exercise at least 3 times a week. It's really that simple! Good Luck to all the new challengers!
