Products taken: Probiotics Ultra 1/day; Digest Ultra 2/day; Essential Vitamin 6/day; Fiber Plus 2 scoops/day; Super Greens 1 scoop/day; Berry Blast 1 stick pack most days as not enough for 28 day cycle. Bit disappointed in supergreen tub quantity as I was short by 6 days in first month and have just scraped in second month by cutting the size of scoop. While I was compensated for the first month it was still stressful having to cut suggested amounts just to make it last 28 days, since I was trying to give myself the best chance. Quantities in all others have been fine. Having said that, I have thoroughly enjoyed the products and have felt really good. I have always done some form of exercise and at 67 years old still enjoy various challenges every day. One positive impact was I found I was able to run for a lot longer in my 14km run/walk trek than I used to do. For me, it was never about losing lots of weight but maintaining, feeling healthy and maybe sculpting a little more definition. I consider I have achieved all those things by using Yor Health products and while it's hard to explain, I do feel that "inner cleanliness", well-being and have energy plus. I feel "good" about myself which is a great motivator. I also learnt a lot about the body and its enzymes, all leading to a better health program. So I guess it's fair to say Yor Health products have helped me "reach the next level"!
