Hola comunidad del reto yor best body, mi nombre es Gloria Villa, tengo 48 años y estoy muy feliz por los cambios que yor health a hecho en mi vida. fui una de esas personas que tenia problemas de colon pero ahora mi condición a cambiado, al principio me habían comentado acerca de la posibilidad de bajar de peso de una forma que no tenia que matarme en una rigurosa dieta y que podía mejorar mi salud en cuanto el colon. comenze mi reto de la siguiente manera.
en la mañana me tomo mi yor complement y luego desayuno con mi yor MRP. en la medio mañana me como una fruta junto con dos yor vitaminas.
20 minutos antes del almuerzo me tomo mi yor digest y después del mismo yor vitaminas.
en la tarde mas o menos a las tres de la tarde mi yor super green, a la hora de la cena me tomo mi yor complement y luego el yor shake, ya cuando me voy a dormir consumo mi yor probiotic.
