Through out my eight week challenge, I have taken MRP, super green, fiber, complete burn, super slim, probiotics, repairs, and vitamins. I consumed these products often; just about everyday. In the beginning of my challenge, I exercise at least 1-3 times a week. When the New Year of January 2015 came along, I have decided to take more action and push myself harder for a big change and for the new me; I was constantly working out every single day at least 1-3 times a day. This challenge has impact me so much because it made me realize how important every individual's health is. What really trigger me to get involved with this challenge and with these wonderful products were due to my health problems; anemia, low energy, dry skin, depression, stress, and obesity. In addition, seeing my mom go through such agony with her health problems such as stroke and UTI (urinary tract infection) did not make want to stay more on the comfort zone any longer. I've came to realize that as an individual age, he or she are more prone to get sick. I am seeing too many health issues in this world. Which makes me realize how important it is that everyone shall always love themself; taking care of their health by changing the way they eat and the things they do. When an individual takes care of their health, love themselves, and make exercise as a lifestyle, definitely they are more likely to be happier and get what they desire for. This challenge has helped made me became a better person, more motivated, motivate others to work out, and especially help made me learned to love working out.
