Feliz de haber terminado mi segundo reto, el peso con el que inicie fue de 68 y aumente a 70 de puro musculo =D. Utilize el best body con yor muscle extras!!!
La rutina que llevo para tomar los productos es:
en cuanto me levanto, 1 yor probiotics ultra y 1 yor repair, para desayunar yor shake de chocolate ( me gusta mas), con fibra alternandola un dia si y otros no, y dos yor essentian vitamin. a la hora de la comida me tomaba un digest despues del primer bocado junto con 2 vitamin essential, al ir al gimnasio me preparaba una un yor muscle energy con dos scoops en 400 350 ml, entonces al empezar el gym me tomaba a la mitad, y a la mitad de la sesion me tomaba el restante. al regresar me tomaba otra porcion de mrp, seguido de un yor supergreens con un berry blast. En la hora de la cena me tomaba dos vitamins essential y antes de dormir 1 yor repair.
Todos los dias me ejercitaba en el gymn y cada sabado y domingo tenia largas caminatas o circuitos de bicicleta en el malecon de la paz!!
El impacto que ha tenido en mi vida ha sido excepcional, yo era de las personas que tomaba mucha cocacola, sabritas entre otras cosas, y decia, de algo me tengo que morir, he a prendido a quererme mucho mas, se siente tambien estar sano y compartir con todos los que quiero y mostrarles que se puede hacer un gran cambio, todos estamos a tiempo.!!!!
