Muy buen dia a todos !! Soy Christian Giovanni y Estoy muy contento por los resultados que tengo despues de este segundo reto de YOR Best Body !! lo mas emocionante es que aun tengo mucho por avanzar !! siiiii !!! :D
mi rutina en productos fue el siguiente:
- 1 Repair al levantarse (5:30 a.m.)
- 1 YOR Probiotics seguido del repair (5:30 a.m.)
- YOR MRP + Fiber plus + 2 Essential Vitamins como desayuno (9:00 p.m.)
- YOR Muscle Energy antes de ir al gimnasio (6:00 a.m.)
- YOR Super Greens como colacion de la mañana (11:30 a.m.)
- 1 sobre de Berry blast a medio dia (entre días salteados)
- 1 Digest Ultra + 2 Essential Vitamins a medio día al segundo bocado de mi comida (2:30 p.m.)
- antes de mi cena baja en carbohidratos 2 Essential Vitamins (7:00 p.m.)
- 1 Repair antes de dormir (11:00 p.m.)
mi rutina de ejercicio consiste en hacer 1 hora de gimnasio de lunes a viernes, descansar el sábado y hacer una sesión de cardio los domingos
Me siento fantastico desde que empeze hasta que termine este segundo reto, me siento con muchisima energya y ganas de seguir haciendo mas retos !! esto es tan emocionando que incluso baje unos cuantos kilos para alcanzar mi peso ideal aunque mi meta fue hacer musculos y no adelgazar haha, esto de hacer el reto es genial !!
