Hello There :) Well my name is Denise Ramirez and I am 20. Let me start off by saying I did not weigh 133 the start of my best body 8 week challenge, I actually weighed 135 And now weigh 131. Not much of a difference but I am sure its muscle. I use every Product and take it right, everyday. I also eat more fresh and clean food choices. The gym became my best friend (6-7days-wk)(1-2hrs).
So Before starting My 8 week challenge, I Had already began my weight loss journey. About 6months before. As a little girl I was always told by my father that I needed to do something about my weight. I never really thought about it, I only thought that, that was mean of him. Until I starting getting older. Seeing pictures of myself and noticing my body changing. I got to 178. Then I started insanity.
I love Food. Different Foods, varieties. I never ate right. Never really knew what eating right meant. I thought that if you wanted to be fit and thin, it was mainly exercise and less eating.
As I was doing the insanity I was still eating what I wanted. I thought that since I was doing Intense exercise I could eat what I wanted. Through That Program I was always Lazy but still stuck with it. Some days I would even be more tired then others and I learned it was because those day I ate horrible food choices. I've notice that the days where I ate cleaner, I had little bit more power and energy. The end of that. 15 pounds dropped.
My new journey was By myself at home on my treadmill. I knew that something was wrong. I felt like I wasn't doing anything right. I Wanted to learn more. Do more. Be Better. I began learning about Different exercises, health and healthy foods. I started a month squat challenge of 120 a day. I also got on the treadmill for 30-80min almost everyday. I also stopped eating unhealthy foods and stopped eating after 6pm. Going to bed hungry. Always tired. No energy. I was seeing pounds dropping 1,2,3,4 and sometimes 5 pounds a week. That was making me feel like I was doing something right, because the scale was going crazy. Slowly But surely my "weight" was dropping. My double chin went away and my Legs Got stronger. I would look in the mirror and see the same Denise without the double chin.

Today I know a lot more about Health and being healthy. The right Foods. I know more workouts and Different styles. I also realized that I like a lot of good foods. I know now its not about the scale and its not about eating less or even completely giving up some of my favorite foods. Its nutrition, activity, and dedication. I can run LONGER AND FASTER !!!
Honestly I am thankful for Starcia Cockett For introducing me to this Business and these amazing products. Quick And easy with Everything I (my Body) needs, it couldnt get better for me. Today I have energy Like never before when working out. This honestly has gave me confidence and Made me a stronger woman today. I am ready For more and to continue to see what else I can accomplish with these products. I have learned that being healthy and fit cant be temporary. Its a way of life, its a lifestyle for me. I was Doing everything wrong. I wasn't feeding my body right. That's why I wasn't noticing it in my body or even my energy.
My 8 week challenge journey. It was tasty, fun and easy. I can see my body and all the work I did. My skin, my moods. My confidence and my power. Everyday I wake up & I cant wait to go workout. I cant wait to drink my YOR shake and take my complete burn. I love taking pictures now. I am aslo changing my families eating habits and they see how much ive changed. I love the person I am today. I cant wait to Sculpt !!
