I have always struggled with my weight and never took any action or plan on losing weight. I told myself that I was going to exercise, eat healthier but I had no motivation to do so. I thought I was meant to be big forever. It wasn't until my good friend Pa introduced YOR Health to me. YOR Health completely changed my life around.

Every morning I take the MRP and Fiber together and 1 Completeburn, followed by a 1 hour workout. After the gym, I take 1 scoop of the Supergreens. Before my first meal, I would take 1 Digestive Ultra and 1 Completeburn. Throughtout the day, I will snack so that I don't get hungry. Before bed, I take 1 Probiotics Ultra followed by an MRP 15 minutes after. For soreness, I take the YOR Repair to recover for the next day.
