After completing my first 8 week challenge I'm feeling better than ever before and feel like I have a new lease on life. Although I didn't quite reach my goal weight of 60kg, I couldn't be happier with my results. I went from 66kg to 61kg in the 8 weeks. I've lost a total of 13.5 cm, including 3cm from my thighs and 4cm from both my waist and chest.
I decided to start using the products after hearing how amazing they were and seeing the results people were having all over the world. I wanted to create my own YOR Health story.
I have continued my usual gym routine during the challenge, averaging about 5 sessions per week. I have found the products really make me get the most out of my gym sessions.
My product regime:
I start every day with a YOR SuperGreens and YOR Berry Blast combo. I find this combination gets me up and feeling energetic from the very start of the day. I have been using the YOR Shake vanilla meal replacement for at least one meal each day (usually breakfast) and sometimes for two. I find its so easy, filling and delicious I really look forward to them. I also take two of the YOR Essential Vitamins and two YOR Super Slim before each meal. The YOR Super Slim's have really kept my cravings at bay! With my breakfast I'll have a YOR Probiotics Ultra and with lunch and dinner a YOR Digest Ultra. I also use the YOR Repair Ultra after a big work out.
The 8 week challenge has enabled me to finish 2014 on a high and start 2015 in the best shape of my life!
