My results wasn't how the way I wanted it to turn out to be, but I did feel some different about myself. I go to the gym about 5 times a week roughly about an hour or so. I was really scared at first during my first few weeks at the gym because there were so many buffer looking people around me.I was ashamed of how i looked. That kind of hold me back a lot, but during the last 2 weeks I decided just to do it.I just block out negative thoughts that were created in my and focus on the reason why i joined in the challenge in the first place.I wanted a change. I guess even though my goals aren't achieve, I believe I have still achieve many other things like having more confident in myself. I think that confident is going to help me slowly overcome my insecurity. And in the next challenge I believe I can bring out the competitive and more confident side of me.
