YOR health has helped in all ways but my main appreciation is the energy. I work long hours with early starts. YOR super greens and berry blast not only helped me achieve my day to day tasks, but enabled me to have energy to come home and do duties around the home, as well as surf and go to the gym. I would wake up and have a probiotic, ultra repair and mix both the super greens and berry blast together some mornings or use the berry blast alone as a pre workout later on in the day. These were my favourite products. 

Before starting the challenge I didn't want to loose much (83 down to 80kg) but rather tone up and loose body fat % more so. By using the YOR shake as both a meal replacement at times and a post workout protein, along with YOR digest tablets with dinner I was able to reach my goals.
