This challenge has been a really difficult one for me, but thanks to the amazing high quality of the YOR Health product line, I was still able to get ahead of my before picture!
I spent the majority of this challenge traveling around the US so it was very hard to find healthy food options and spend time in a gym. And on top of that, I ended up injuring my shoulder which kept me out of the gym for two weeks. But that is why the Repair Ultra became my best friend! I would take 4 in the morning and 4 at night and my shoulder injury that doctors said would take 6 weeks to heal, was better in 2 weeks!
And it was also surprising that I didn't get sick at all because I was not getting any nutrients from fast food, was up late, and didn't get much exercise. And I credit that to the super greens which I took every morning.
Super greens is the easiest, most efficient way to get the nutrients your body needs every day.
Definitely my favorite product.
I pretty much followed the product regimen set up for the sculpt set for the rest of the products.
I love YOR Health, they have really made the best product on the market and I cannot wait to get into my next challenge!
