Before Yor health I didn't do a lot always tired not to active and just had no energy after work , never liked getting involve with a lot of family activity etc... when I look back at my old photos I knew back then it was ok but with all the change in my life now I know this is the right direction I am heading in , family and friends use to comment before that i was big but to me I was ok and what the hell were they talking about lol .One day I got sick and had to go doctor and my cholesterol level was way to high and was in the stage of heart attack material then that's when it hit home cos I didn't want to die young.I needed a big change in my life and its this time that my good mate Jason Tavita introduce me to Yor health .
taking the products was ok but I needed also to control my eating , drinking etc... joining the gym was epic and to join with my daughter was something special my experience now with the products all good love that berry blast .
Results now A for awesome sleep better , out on the beach without my top on , family and friends looking at me as a role model I love it so so much people looking at me twice at me now and want to join what I am on. last result is my kids have got there dad back on the field running around etc...
