Hola familia Yor Health, estoy super contenta con haber realizado este reto, en febrero 8 cumplo 37 años, tengo dos hijos adolescentes y me siento mucho mejor que cuando era más jóven.

En méxico las fiestas de diciembre tiene muchos platillos deliciosos y no todos son parte de una alimentación saludable y no pude resistirme a las tentaciones, pero gracias a que tomé mis digest ultra y mi yor shape junto con todo lo que conforma mi set de fitness durante todo el reto de 8 semanas, pude disfrutar de degustarlos.

Por la mañana me tomé mi yor shake, acompañado de mi amigo inseparable yor super greens, realizé mi actividad por la mañana salir a correr al parque 30 minutos cerca de mi casa y realizar algunos ejercicios en casa, el yor berry blast me permitió tener más energía y me sentía mucho más feliz!, tomé mis digest ultra con todos mis alimentos, me siento super bien!! mis hijos me preguntan que si antes había tenido mi abdomen plano?... jajaja en el reto de 8 semanas pude obtenerlo y estar en mi mejor versión fisica, ahora siento que puedo estar mejor!! muchas gracias Yor Health y al yor best body challenge.
