I would just like to thank the YOR best body challenge for this amazing opportunity because I have changed my life completely and I am confident in my self and my body.
Before the challenge I weighed in at 128kgs and now I am 122kgs. It total I have lost 6kgs which I wouldn't have thought I could do. During the 8 week challenge I started going to the gym, which I would go everyday, sometimes even twice a day. Prior to not going to the gym, I would go to the park and just do exercises there just to keep me motivated. I noticed that I had a lot more energy and I was able to do my workouts for a longer period of time.
The way I would take my products are as followed:
Breakfast consisted of MRP, supergreens, berry blast, fibre along with a piece of fruit or something light.
Lunch: digest ultra, 2 vitamins, along with a salad
Dinner: MRP shake 1 scoop vanilla, 1 scoop of chocolate, digest ultra, 2 vitamins along with something healthy on the side.
Before gym: I would have a berry blast.
I am proud with what I have achieved so far, I'm confident in smashing my next challenge and this time I want to get all my loved ones on board so they can change their life around.
