Hi YOR Healther's my name is Rebecca I'm 25 years old, and this is my first YOR Best Body Challenge.
The focus for this challenge was to get my body back into fit and healthy shape after recently giving birth to my little baby girl, who wasn't really that little! (9.7 lbs).
After a few months I had tried to get back into shape but I was constantly feeling tired, and also felt I didn't have the time to put in the work with having to look after a newborn baby as well.
In the end I began just to accept that this is how my body was going to look after carrying a baby.
It wasn't until my brother Daniel Whitehand came to me with the YOR Health product range and told me how much they could help me with energy, health and getting my body back into shape. After seeing other peoples results, in particularly other mums, getting really good results I decided to give the products and challenge a go.
Within the first week of taking the products I had already noticed my energy levels had gone through the roof. Not only was I able to get everything done around the house and looking after my daughter but I'd still have energy at the end of the day to fit in a solid workout, where as before I would be straight to bed once I put my daughter to bed.
To achieve these results I would begin my day at 5am when my daughter wakes up, with a YOR Supergreens, YOR Fiber and YOR Berry Blast shake, which would give me a lot of energy to power through my morning, and also made waking up so early that much easier!
An hour before each main meal I would take the YOR Super Slims, which helped me with not over indulging, especially at Christmas time!
With my main meals at lunch and dinner I would take the YOR Digest (i swear by these babies) which I could really feel absorbed my food quickly and took away that bloated feeling/look. Also would take the YOR Multivitamin with each main meal to make sure I was getting all my essential vitamins and minerals I needed to function at 100%.
Before bed each night I would take the YOR Probiotic which kept my digestive system running efficiently.
My training consisted primarily of resistance training, doing Body Pump at the gym 3 times per week, and also fitting in an extra 1 or 2 weights sessions where I had time at home.
I would also take my dogs for a walk each morning as light cardio.
I am so happy with my results on this challenge, as I have been able to increase lean muscle mass while at the same time decreasing my overall body fat, and have so much more energy to be the best mum I can.
Although I know I still have some work to do, I know that with the YOR Health product range by my side I will be closer to my goal each day. I have always lacked self confidence when it came to my body, but this challenge has helped me to ease a lot of those insecurities.
For the first time ever, thanks to the aid of these products, I know that it is possible to get that pre-baby body back, and maybe even a little better!
