When I started the 8 week challenge I weighed in at 194kgs and now after the challenge I weigh in at 184kgs. Before this 8 week challenge I was very lazy, didn't have any motivation and was eating my life away. Since finishing this challenge, I have grown more confidence in myself and I am able to go to the gym without worrying about people around me.

Yorhealth has given me products that has improved not only my energy but also my digestive system. I now feel lighter and have more belief that anything is possible if I put my mind to it.

I take the products everyday and I wouldn't miss a day without it. I would take the digest ultra every time before lunch and dinner. I'll have a berry blast before gym which improved my energy immensely. I would take the MRP 2-3 times a day depending on whether I was hungry which was an effective way for my body to be fuller.
