Hi, my names Hollie Hassan. I’m 28 years old and live with my husband and our Rottweiler 'Disco' in Sandhurst, Vic, Australia. I was brought up by a loving family, with food to what I was told was healthy... only to find out, it wasn’t at all! I've also been active all my life, dancing from 5 years old until I was 20. Currently I love pole fitness and have been doing it for the past 2.5 years. I’m also a personal trainer and have been for the last year. I love to see people get stronger and fitter (myself included) but if you don't fix your insides with good nutrition and supplements you are not going to get healthy or even reach your goal weight! I wish I was taught this in school!! Every morning I wake up at 5am and have my probiotics and repair, then a shake with yor supergreens, yor fibre and yor berry blast. I then have MRP at 7am after my first few clients. A great start to the morning! I also take yor digest and essential vitamins with lunch and dinner. I stuck to my usual work out routines, with weights 4 times a week, pole fitness twice a week and cardio once a week (I find it hard to love cardio). The sixth week of the challenge I cut out starchy carbs, then in the last 10 days I did a CABALA juice fast! This was very challenging but I really wanted not only detox myself but also support my husband while he did it, to help relieve symptoms of his chrohns disease. I entered the sculpt category as I want to lose body fat only, NOT JUST BODY WEIGHT! I’m very happy with my results getting from 20% body fat 8 weeks ago to now only 17.6%. GO GREEN BABY!
