I started off weighing in at 155lbs and finished at 152lbs. I wasn't able to hit my weight goal but I'm pretty happy with my results. The truth is I started the challenge about 3 times before I finally completed this challenge. I would start and a week later I would start again because I didn't do anything. This happened 3 times. So to complete the challenge and be back on track is good with me. To me what's important is getting back into shape and making it a lifestyle.

The products that I mainly used to help me get to my final weight is the Shake, Complete Burn, Digest Ultra, Probiotics and Repairs. I would take the Complete Burn 30 mins before the gym. Then a shake after the gym. I typically take Digest Ultra during dinner. Before bed I would take Probiotics and Repairs.

I'm usually exercising between 3-5 times a week. I mainly train with weights. I'm not a big fan of cardio so I would only do that once a week.

Although I didn't reach my goal this challenge I'm just happy to just get back into the swing of things. I did lose a little weight and I can start seeing my abs forming. Overall it was great I'm excited for my next challenge. I'll be more consistent with eating healthier, exercising and taking my products.
