Hey guys,
So my journey through the 8 week challenge started just over two months ago.
I weighed 89kgs, and I wasn't happy with myself at all, so I decided to give Yor health a go :) and I can tell you it has changed my life so much.
Before Using the products I was finding myself, struggling to get out of bed in the morning, lacking energy during the day while at work, even during my days off I was finding hard to motivate myself to do anything at all!
I decided to make the change in my life and give Yor health a fair go :)
I wasn't working out at the gym or anything, I wasn't even exercising daily.
All I was doing, was taking the products and eating relatively healthier!
The Products I used were:
- repair ultra as I woke
- berry blast/ super greens in the morning
- digestives enzymes before each main meal
- essential vitamins after food
- repair and probiotics before bed
Using the products in this simple order has helped me lose 10kgs during the 8 week challenge :) and I feel so much better with myself and much more comfortable, which is a big deal for me!
I don't normally go to the beach, but when I used to, I would always keep my Tshirt on.
Only up until recently, I've been going to the beach, more often then usual, and being comfortable enough to take my shirt off :)
I definitely recommend the products to anyone who is looking to take control of their lives and create a better self!!
