I have always struggled with my weight and have tried numerous times to lose the kgs but I have never been sucessful. Having no energy, constantly being sick and feeling bloated from using just the general supplemets my Trainer recomended YOR Health and I was sceptical about it all but thought why the hell not, I have nothing to lose but the Kgs. If it happened great if it didnt then so be it, but my resaults amazed me. losing 3.5kg in 8weeks is more than I have lost in the last 3 years. This Challenge has not been easy, I ended the challange on a very rough schedule being on university placement for my paramedics course and working redicoulous hours, I am still very proud of what I have achieved. I now have more energy, feeling less bloated and sick, more motivated and overall health improvement . This is only the begining and with more hard work who knows what the next few months will bring!!
