This is the 3rd official challenge I've completed and would have to say it's the one I've taken most seriously. My last two challenges were primarily focused on slimming down, trying to lose the extra 10-15 lbs. gained from just eating bad and lack of physical activity.

This sculpt challenge has made me change my dieting and daily habits around completely. I've had to commit to an entirely different schedule, waking up much earlier than I normally would to get my gym sessions in. Those are usually five times a week. I will drink my YOR Shake every morning around the 6AM hour, adding Supergreens, Fiber Plus, and a Berry Blast.

My workouts are usually an hour to an hour and a half long, focusing on daily resistance training alternating chest, shoulders, legs and back each day throughout the week. The other half of the session is about a 20 minute cardio on the treadmill.

Post-workout, (around 930am) I will eat about 2 oz. of oatmeal. Two hours later at work, I will eat my pre-cooked meals, (along with 2 Digestive Ultra capsules) which consist of grilled chicken breast (or a ground turkey patty or variety), steamed vegetables, and steamed potatoes. Another 2 hours later, I will consume another pre-cooked meal. By the time I am ready to leave work, I will drink another YOR Shake with Supergreens, Fiber Plus and a Berry Blast.

Around 8-9pm depending on my level of hunger, I may eat a third serving of a pre-cooked meal, or I will eat a piece of toast with peanut butter with fruit.

For the most part, using the products everyday and also consuming a very clean, healthy diet has allowed me to lose five lbs, be able to lose inches off my waist, see more definition in my upper body, and have more energy to function properly throughout the day. I am excited, and looking to build off this challenge, so that when I enter the next challenge, I will continue to get myself into a more lean, defined state. Thank you, and go YOR Health!
