So over the last 8 weeks my weight did fluctuate up and down a little as it was over the festive season. I didnt change my diet at all and still enjoyed my beer and pizza over the weekends.
I used the full range of products and only replaced breakfast with the MRP shake but added muesly yoghurt and frozen berries into a smoothie. The Digest Ultra is definitely the 1 product I enjoyed using the most. This was simply because it helped my body break down whatever I ate so much faster. Usually I would bloat up after eating a starchy meal like pasta. I'm so happy that I don't suffer from bloating any more.
My mornings would start with a Superblast shake an hour before my workout. Followed by my MRP smoothie.This would keep me full till about 12 when I would do a second workout session if I was up to it, mainly consisting of cardio.

My main reason for doing the challenge was to "sus" out how effective the products were and how my body would change without making drastic lifestyle changes.
I am extremely happy with the results and happy to promote it to all my personal training clients.
I can't wait for the next challenge where I will be a lot more strict on diet and will be increasing my training routine.
