Tengo 24 años de edad y es mi segundo ciclo del reto terminado con 2 kilos menos! cuando recién empece el primer ciclo del reto, la emoción que tenia en ese momento era lo que me motivaba a dejar la comodidad de estar sentado haciendo nada para levantarme e ir a hacer ejercicio.. Hoy que termino mi segundo puedo decir que, aparte de lo emocionada que sigo, ya se esta convirtiendo no solo en un habito, si no en un estilo de vida el cuidar mi fisco, como me siento y buscar siempre estar mejor.
