Estoy muy contenta con los resultados que obtuve en este Reto, baje 6 kg. asi como una talla menos, y mi vientre se desinflamo !!!
Me inscribi a mediados de Diciembre junto con mi esposo y a pesar de la epoca Navidena en la que se nos pueden antojar muchas cosas , deciamos No, porque estoy en un Reto, nos pesabamos cada semana e ibamos viendo resultados y eso nos emocionaba mucho.
Me tome Probioticos y Repair en ayunas, despues mi delicioso Yor Shake junto con Fiber Plus y Essential Vitamins, a media manana Super Greens.
Yor Shape tres veces al dia media hora antes de las comidas y eso me ayudo a quemar grasa y a disminuir el apetito.
Con las comidas y cenas Digest Ultra y vitaminas. Mis amistades empezaron a ver mi cambio y comentaron que me veia muy diferente y rejuvenecida, sobre todo que hace 9 dias fue mi cumpleanios !!!!
