It has been a long 8 weeks. Before taking the products and being a healthier me, everyday I woke up feeling very nasty because I didn't know who I was anymore and I didn't like what I saw in the mirror. Over the past four years I've gained about 20 plus pounds. Before starting the 8 week challenge and staring the products I weighed 153 pounds at 5'3". My goal was to lose 20 pounds by March and thanks to Yor Health, I've already reached half of my goal. I weigh 142 pounds and feels fabulous.
For my daily regimen, I took 1 probiotics and 1 repair when I woke up. Than I took 1 scoop of supergreens with 1 scoop of fiber along with 1 complete burn and 2 vitamins for breakfast. 30 minutes before lunch I take 1 superslim. With my lunch I took 2 digestive ultra and 2 vitamins. In between lunch and dinner I snacked on fruits. For dinner I have a Yor Health shake with 2 digestive ultra and vitamins. Right before bed I also took 1 probiotics and I repair. Through out my 8 week challenge I also did excerise about 2-4 times a week when I have time.
So far I've lost 11 pounds and this is only a beginning of my weight loss journey. Thank you Yor Health for getting me started on this very difficult journey that I failed several times. It will only get better from here on out.
