Antes pesaba 69 kilos y no me sentía cómodo conmigo mismo,aunque nunca sufrí de bullying tenia baja autoestima, tanto que no me gustaba ir a natación porque tenia que ir sin camisa y no me gustaba que los demás me vieran así; estoy bastante sorprendido porque nunca pensé rebasar mi meta y menos en tan poco tiempo pero gracias a Yor Health lo logre y a mi constancia y aunque no era de hacer mucho ejercicio logre bajar de peso, tomaba enzimas, malteada, Supergreens y Berry Blast, la malteada la tomaba 2 medidas con agua por la mañana y 2 por la noche, las enzimas una cápsula antes de cada comida, el Supergreens una medida con agua en la mañana combinada con Berry Blast. Actualmente me siento muy feliz y tengo una buena autoestima, puedo caminar con la frente en alto ya que me siento bien por dentro y por fuera.
