This 8 week challenge has been an interesting one for me but definitely still enjoyable. I gained just a little amount of fat but also gained a nice amount of muscle in the process. When I first started my first cycle of the 8 week challenge I weighed about 157-160 and now I weigh 169. I didn't use as many products this cycle either.
This cycle I only used Completeburn, Supergreen, Fiber Plus,Berry Blast, and the Repair. My exercises consisted of your ordinary push ups, sit ups, curling some dumbells, and riding my bike for miles; all at least a few times out the week. This was just my second cycle and I plan on signing up for the next one and the ones after that. It's been a good experience being apart of the challenge because I get to really track my progress closely, and see what I should improve on. Not to mention watching what taking in the right nutrition can really do for you and being able to record the transformation with a bunch of other people.
