A pesar de haber atravesado diciembre y principios de enero que son los días que mas come uno, es increible los resultados que se pueden tener con los productos Yor Health

Con la combinacion de algunos cuidados con el exceso de las comidas, ejercicio y el regimen de los productos pude llegar a mi meta establecida

Por la mañana antes del ejercicio de las 6am me tomo 1 Yor Probiotics y 1 Yor Repair, a las 8 am me tomo mi Yor MRP, a las 10 un desayuno ligero, a las 2 pm 2 capsulas de Yor Sape, para las 3pm con mi comida, 1 Yor Ultra Digest y 2 Yor Essencial Vitamins, a media tarde como a las 5 30pm 1 Yor sper Greens, para la cena dependiendo como estuvo el día, una cena ligera con otra capsula de Yor Digest Ultra y otras 2 Yor Essencial Vitamins, o en lugar de ello una Yor MRP junto con 1 Yor Fiber Plus, antes de dormir otra Yor Repair y asi todos los días, dependiendo como estuvo la rutina de ejercicio de la mañana me tomo mi Yor Muscle Energy y en dias salteados junto con los productos de antes de ejercicio me tomo 1 Yor Complete Burn.

Estoy tan contento de haber concluido con exito mi ciclo del Reto de 8 semanas que el que sigue será mejor.
