I decided to start my 8 week challenge through the festive season for a reason, there was no way I was going to give up and become unfocused, I knew Christmas was going to be a nightmare of unhealthy eating and alcohol abuse so I decided to be proactive and basically mentally block it out with and 8 week challenge. Makes sense right! Said no one ever!
The hardest part was refusing the home made Caramel Tart my Nanna made especially for my inner fat boy. Believe me he was not impressed that I actually refused. But I made it through Christmas and New Years with minor discrepancies and I was pretty happy with myself.
Before I started my challenge my weight i was 75kg at 13.95% body fat and not only physical but my mental state was deprived. Completing my first 8 week challenge feels amazing, I've gotten a pure sense of accomplishment. Final weight of 79.7kg and 10.73% body fat. I am very proud of myself, but it will not stop here, it's now a way of life.
As for the products itself; they are to the point fantastic. Every morning Id awake to a refreshing combination of YOR SuperGreens, YOR BerryBlast and a scoop of YOR MRP Choc protein powder. (Tastes like a Cherry Ripe) and was ready to smash out the day. I'd also have another shake with YOR SuperGreens and a YOR BerryBlast mid afternoon to keep me pumping through till night.
Alongside a high carb and high protein meal plan taking the YOR Digest Ultra was vital. Taken twice a day morning and night I never felt bloated and my metabolism was pumping constantly. For the first half of the challenge i trained without any assistance. I trained at the gym focusing on weights at least 5 times a week, and smashed at least 15km of cardio a week, throughout the remainder of the last 4 weeks I decided i needed a Personal Trainer, in which I saw 2 times a week, so my recovery process needed some assistance. That's where my favorite product comes into the picture, taken morning and night even on a rest day, I cannot believe how amazing the YOR Repair Ultra was through my journey. #wingmanproductoftheyearaward
I now feel mentally and physically ready for the future. From the inside out i couldn't be happier with the concluded results.
So that's it. I had an amazing experience with the YOR Health products and will recommend it to anyone with an open ear. I can't wait for my next 8 week challenge.
