It has been a grueling 8weeks but worth every minute. Although i havent reached my goal weight of 50kgs i lost half of what i have wanted. Which i feel is an achievement for my first ever challenge.
I was quite skeptical at first with joining this challenge but with some encouragement from my friends and partner i got into it and i havent looked back since. It was quite hard getting used to the taste of the shakes but after routinely having at least once a day i got used to and and started to love taking it.
Working out wasnt too hard with the help of my friends who were also partaking in the challenge.we motivated each other after work to meet up and train.before every training i would take a berry blast to give me that extra boost since i was so drained after work.with training, we mixed it up in the gym with cardio and a bit of body-weight training and boxing and also with home workouts where we put what we learnt in the gym and translated it to what we can do at home.
Unfortunately my 8weeks ran over the christmas and new year holiday period and i was tempted into the bad foods so i knew after the new year i had to get straight back to the training and healthy eating. Wasnt long till my 8weeks was up. Hmmm cant really see much changes in the photos but i can definitely feel the changes.i have more energy and starting to gain confidence in myself/my body again.will definitely want to get into another 8weeks of the challenge and maybe get towards my goal weight (i am half way there already so i cant see the point in stopping now).
