Words just don’t do justice with how over joyed I am with the results of the YOR Best Body 8 Week Challenge! Not only did I achieve my fitness goals but also I am the healthiest I have ever been in my entire life!
I have been a YOR Health customer for some time before I joined the challenge and had already seen some amazing results with my overall health and wellbeing but after seeing the remarkable testimonials of others participating in the challenge, I couldn’t wait to get started! I really believe that the challenge held me accountable with the support from the YOR Best Body Challenge app that I couldn’t have done on my own.
Suffering from chronic fatigue in my teenage years and many eating intolerances (I felt sick after almost every meal!), I struggled to get the nutrients I needed in food resulting in constant sickness infections and hair loss! Ever since I was 14 years old, every blood test results came back with deficiencies in things like my iron, vitamin C and B12, just to name a few. I was taking around 15 tablet supplements every morning and night trying to get these levels back up but nothing seemed to work.
After being on the YOR Health products, I was looking and feeling much better and I stopped taking all my other supplements as I was finally getting the nutrients I needed from these amazing products that I was just not getting from my food. I start my day with my YOR Super Greens and Berry Blast which helped me get out of bed every morning and kick start my day with energy! During the day I would take my Digest Ultra with my two main meals to help me break down those meals and absorb all those essential nutrients I needed, meaning I was no longer feeling heavy and sick after my meals and I could actually enjoy the foods I wanted! Lastly, right before I go to bed I would take my Repair Ultra and Probiotics Ultra to help ease those sore muscles from my workouts and restore that good bacteria in my digestive system for a fresh start the next day!
As a dancer, my body often takes quite strenuous workouts every day and I haven’t found any products like these to get me through a session at peak performance every time!
