This challenge has helped me change my entire life. I have never been a runner or a morning person, and now I'm both.During my challenge I have completed 2 different 5k races and my first half marathon. I now have an AM habit of working out every morning before work.

I've always wanted to start my mornings off with a good workout before work, but could never force myself to wake up for it. Training for my half marathon in a short window of time gave me no choice. Deciding to run a half marathon 6 weeks before the race gave me no time to think, and I am so glad this challenge was there to push me to get a little crazy.

My product routine has been starting the AM off w/ probiotics, repair, & complete burn, and washing it down with a supergreens+berry blast before going on my run. Taking complete burn & at least 2 MRP shakes during the day has helped complete each day.

My goal was to lose 10 lbs & 5% body fat, I lost 3.5% body fat and 7 lbs. It makes my day when old friends, co workers, or even friends on facebook shoot me kind words of the progress I've made and am currently still making. This challenge may have only been 8 weeks, but I now have life long habits of morning workouts and running which, to me, far outweigh my physical progress (even though thats been good too haha)
