During this 8 wk challenge, I was about to lose an additional 6 lbs. it may not be a lot of weight, but I am still happy with my results. This makes 18 lbs total amongst the two times I joined the challenge this yr. yayy! I used basically the entire YorHealth product line, but my favorite is still the Yor Vanilla MRP & Yor SuperGreens. There's nothing like the feeling if a cold Vanilla MRP after a great workout. It fills me up and personally, I feel that I don't crave as much junk foods after filling up on the shake. I love it! My diet consists more if healthier Ingredients such as Collard greens, kale. When I eat meats, I tend to stay towards more lean meat. I have started to work on my portion control of my meals. Smaller portions and eating at proper times, every 3.5-4 hrs. I definitely feel more energetic lately, after losing the weight. My confidence has improved a lot from before I lost any weight in January. Being able to share with others that it is definitely possibly to control & improve your health starting with this Yor Best Body Challenge is a great feeling. I find this 8 wk challenge to be a simple stepping tool that anyone can customize to their lifestyle and make it work for yourself. So even though I didn't lose that much weight this time, that doesn't mean in stopping here. I am ready to join my next challenge!! Whoohoo!!
