I have entered my first challenge in slim and with that challenge my life has changed, I was able to see the result that I wanted. From that challenge I knew that with these product I could achieve the dream body that I wanted. Now that I just finished my sculpt challenge I’ve never felt better. My goal for this challenge was to lose five pounds and gain muscle mass, especially tone out my core. With my daily regimen and exercising four to five times a week I was able to achieve my results.
My daily regimen:
Morning:

My result for this challenge turned out better than I have expected, I was able to tone my core and also add muscle to my legs and butt. I was reaching for a whole body toning challenge, I didn't think that it was possible but with the products I got the result that I desired. I can't believe that I have achieved this result, it is all thanks to the products giving me the energy to push myself out of my comfort zone and strive for more. I love the products because even with my 8 weeks challenge running through the holidays I was still able to maintain my weight. I am glad that with the 8 weeks challenge I could finally say I achieved my 2014 New Years weight goal and kicked off 2015 on the right foot.
