At the start of the challenge I weighed 59kg by the end i wanted to be 57. I didn't quite reach this weight as I only got down to 58.4kg. That has been my weight consistently for at least two weeks. Even though it doesn't show on the scales I can see for myself that my body has changed and would of gained muscle.
As this was my first challenge I didn't know exactly what to expect. I was new at taking products and i was a non believer in them. But after using them I would recommend them as they do help you and make you feel a lot better specially during workouts.
I would try and exercise at least daily but due to work and other events i exercised on average of 5 days a weeks. I did various exercises for different parts of the body to make sure everything was getting worked and not just focusing on one part of the body.
The main products I used were the shakes, Berry Blast and would occasionally take the YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra. The shakes were great for when i had an early start at work and didn't have time for breakfast. Berry Blast is by far my favourite product as when i don't feel like exercising I have one sachet and it gives me that little boost that I need.
The impact this challenge has had on my life is to keep me more motivated to reach my goals and that it just doesn't happen over night. It consists of hard work and healthy eating. Never give up and just be happy with where you are now because you can always push harder to be better.
