Where do I start..I started at 72kgs and set a goal weight that I really wanted to reach. Didn't quite push myself hard enough or eat enough but managed to somehow reach my goal body weight of 75kgs and add some muscle definition.
Have been using the sculpt set and took every product once a day except berry blast which I smash down twice a day.
I hit the gym as often as I could. Weights 4 times a week, body weight and cardio circuit twice a week with one rest day.
Since finishing the challenge it has renewed my belief in myself that I can put on weight and feel good about my body again. Keeping any sort of weight on has been a struggle since I was a teenager and now I can that there is still hope for a beach body that I can be proud of showing off.
Thank you again YOR Health for this continued support and push that I have needed to achieve my goals and get my confidence back.

As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
