Mi nombre es Gabriela Teran y estoy verdaderamente feliz con los resultados de estas 8 semana, ya que pude probarme a mi misma que cuando te propones algo ni las cenas navideñas lo pueden impedir ;)

Mi peso al comenzar el reto era de 56 kilos, a las 3 semanas baje 2 kilos al eliminar grasa abdominal, pesando 54kg, y apartir de ahi comence a trabajar para subir masa muscular, terminando mi reto con un peso de 56kg.

Mis mayores resultados durante este reto fue eliminar grasa abdominal, incrementer y tonificar pierna y gluteo, esto solo haciendo una hora de ejercicio 5 dias a lla semana, combinaba cardio con pesa; y obvio, tomando mis productos del paquete fitness diariamente, sin imortar cenas navideñas y de fin de año, la constancia fue lo que me llevo a estos super resultados!!!!!

Me encanto participar en este grupo de reto, ya que en verdad represento un cambio no solo fisico (por el cual estoy super feliz... y voy por mas) sino tambien de habitos y constancia, ya que como mencionaba durante las 8 semana fueron las posadas, cena navideña, cena de fin de año, rosca de reyes y tamales de la candelaria, eventos en los cuales mostre disiplina, que me llevo al cumplimiento del objetivo... voy por lo cuadritos para el verano!!!!
