My story comes from the other end of the spectrum.

I have always been very skinny. It was tough growing up trying to figure out how to fit into my awkward lanky body. People called me anorexic more times than I can count, to the point where I waited at least 20 minutes after eating before going to the bathroom for fear of people thinking I was throwing up!

I decided to do a challenge not only to put on weight but to become stronger. I was sick of being underestimated because of my size!

This is my second challenge and I'm so happy with the results! I really focused on taking the right products at the right time which helped me get through Christmas and New Years. I would have my superblast in the morning with greens, fibre, and berry blast. It would really kick start my day. I have my digest and multivitamins with lunch and dinner and my probiotics and repair before bed. I also mixed up what excerise I was doing. I started dancing, swimming and training outdoors (so just 3 different things, 3 times a week). This made it easier to get out of bed, rather than just going to the gym.

I found it difficult to put weight and muscle on because of the sheer amount of food I had to eat (no complaints here!). Although not only is my stomach flatter and my muscles bigger, my strength has increased 10 x fold! I'm so much stronger. It was the berry blasts pushing me that extra mile!
