Another 8 weeks has gone by, I have just completed my second challenge and I feel totally awesome.
Amazing how fast time flies when you're having a good time.

I was able to win the global challenge on my first 8 week challenge and that was a huge achievement for not only myself but my YORHEALTH NZ FAMILY, I not only won the challenge but gained self belief, confidence, attitude to do more, train more knowing that I could actually achieve something so great like this which motivated me to carry on and join my second challenge.

I rested for 2 weeks after the first challenge finished and could really see the difference in my eating. I knew I needed to get back on the wagon asap.
This time round I found it so much easier to train, I had so much more energy, I was at the front of training's, doing things I couldn't do as well on my first challenge. I focused more on my baby tummy and trying to tone that more this time round and I'm proud to say I'm very happy with the end result.

During the duration of my 8 week challenge this time round, I found I was more familiar with the products and how they worked.

I continued to use the Berry Blast as my pre work out which was awesome, could definitely feel the difference if I didn't take it that's for sure, it gave me so much more energy not only in my work outs but just my daily routine, especially with my 1 year old daughter.
I had 1 digest with each of my proper meals, I loved that if I found myself having a cheat meal or something that was bigger than normal I could take a couple and wouldn't feel bloated at all.
I usually had my MRPS late afternoon snack which was after my work out but that varied depending on how my day went.
Repair ultra became my best friend - This time round with the 8 week challenge, I found myself doing more intense training's, length of my training's were increasing and I can happily say I could actually last throughout the entire boot camps. I would take 1 every night before rest as well as when I woke up.

Like i said i could really feel the difference when I didn't take the products, my body would have less energy, I would be tired and lazy, bloated and feel heavy, would be sore and achy after long training's.
Thankfully after seeing what both sides do, I didn't hesitate to what way I wanted to go. I trusted the products and allowed them to work with my body.
I was able to lose another 3 kgs and comfortably fit into a size 10 which I have never been. I'm now the smallest I've been in 8 years and that alone is a big achievement. I'm now walking into stores I couldn't go into before. Since starting my first 8 week challenge I have lost 10kgs and gone from size 16 to a size 10.

The impact the challenge has had on my life is life changing, it has helped develope me into someone who now loves to exercise, loves the healthy life. Coming from someone who has never tried supplements or protein before has got me loving the YORHEALTH products. I have been able to see how it has changed my life. I have allowed the products to do what they're suppose to do and have seen the change in my body, I feel healthy and I feel beautiful and I know the biggest thing for myself is not that I feel and look good but knowing that this challenge has helped me prepare for the future and what's ahead of me.
