En este reto inicie pesando al rededor de 58 kg y termine pesando lo mismo. No pude hacer mucho ejercicio porque me lastime la espalda y no podía hacer movimientos como correr, pero se que con el Yor Repair mejorara!! sin embargo seguí tomando los productos y a pesar de no bajar de peso baje una talla. Lo que tome fue:
YOR MRP, YOR SuperGreens, Yor Probiotics ultra, Yor Digest Ultra.

Todas las mañanas temprano me tomaba los Probioticos a las 2 horas desayunaba la malteada y después un vaso de agua, a media mañana tomaba el Super Greens lo mezclaba con agua o con jugo de durazno, en la hora de la comida me tomaba una capsula de digestivas al iniciar a comer y en la noche cenaba algo ligero o bien la malteada.
