So i had to restart my healthy cycle again after i had 5 months of due to a knee injury at football last year which has put an end to my career

I made excuses of not going and doing weights as i could hardly train legs as of my knee injury causing pain and swelling.

When my mates Andy, Martin and Kyle joined the challenge they encouraged me to start train and work around the injury, supporting me in the activities i could do.

Because i was using all of the products my body on the inside was in good health, so it wasnt long for the outside to look as good as i felt on the inside.
