The day I ordered the YOR health product I will admit I was sceptical. I have tried nearly every health/ diet product on the market and have never had results like I have with this product. I purchased the shred program and signed myself up for the 8 week challenge and after seeing the results that can be obtained not only though this product but also through hard work and dedication for what you want I will never look back. My starting weight was 57kg which I thought was ok at the time because I never new how much better I could be for myself at the end of the challenge I reached my goal weight of 54kg. This seemed so unrealistic to myself 8 weeks ago as I never thought I could get my weight down this far and had just accepted that I would always be around the 60kg mark. When I started the challenge I exercised at least once a day for 30-40 minutes but by the end of the challenge I felt so great and had so much more energy that my work out times were dramatically increased. I could not be happier with the product and would recommend it to anyone trying to reach goals they never thought they could. :)
