I started my 8 week challenge journey weighing in at 175lbs. My original goals were to lighten my weight up to 165lbs and to become more agile and quicker. During the 8 weeks one of the things I noticed most was the support I received from reps and challengers everywhere. That is something my training has lacked over the years. The commitment to live healthy daily is a much easier one when you have that many people backing you up. My choice of YOR Health supplements to receive each month are YOR MRP (both flavors), Complete Burn, Essential Vitamin, 2 bottles of Repair ultra, 2 Digestive Enzymes, a supergreens, and a bag of fiber. Needless to say the YOR Health line is by far the highest quality supplement I have ever taken. My ending weight after the 8 weeks is 169lbs. I have definitely picked up my personal speed and agility quite a bit. During the eight weeks I achieved a life goal I have had which was to swim a mile without stopping. I have never been a strong swimmer and I was able to accomplish this during my 3rd week in. I exercise regularly usually on a 4-5 day split for about an hour-2 hours each trip.
