Week 1 so far on the YorHealth products I feel full of energy! I was very skeptical of it at the start but I'm glad Apple told me once i try it I'll never look back and I haven't! Loving it! Especially tha vanilla meal replacement yummm and repair of course!

Week 8 I am just gonna say I'm the worst challenger ever because I wasn't strict enough with my diet and exercise. Going through Xmas and New Year and two 30th birthdays didn't help! I' found that Yor berry blast was very helpful with pre work out! Just felt like it gave me that edge I needed before training! All the products were delicious! Definitely gonna use it before next summer but 8 weeks before xmas ??????

I've dropped 2 pants sizes since I started this challenge without not making that much effort at all and Its always good to see people you haven't seen in a while to tell you have lost weight. Always a confidence booster! Probably one of the most helpful things from YorHealth was the program they gave me to follow. It thought me to be more disciplined with when I have big meals and small meals. And also be very disciplined with my preparation! Another thing I loved was talking to other challengers over Instagram and exchanging ideas on how to take the products and follow each other's progress online.

Look if you wanna loose weight or tone up without making an effort of dieting and exercise this product is for you! I thought about getting a tan and a wax like the past winners, so I can have more edge over my fellow competitors but I'm just gonna show my self in my true shape! No tan! No wax! No edit!
