After completing my first 8 week challenge I couldn't be happier!! I've always wanted to become fitter, healthier and tone up but never really set the goals to have complete motivation to do so. The 8 week challenge I figured was the best thing to try!

I used YOR Probiotics ultra, YOR SuperGreens, YOR MRP, YOR Digest ultra, YOR Berry Blast and also added YOR Fibre plus half way through the challenge. YOR Digest I noticed made one of the biggest differences, stopping food comas and cutting down bloating and cramping after meals. I aimed to do home training 4-5 times a week, which was a mix of strength and cardio, and also personal training with a friend 1-3 times a week.

I've always had an issue with body confidence and struggled to maintain a healthy weight partially due to my thyroid disease. However within a couple of weeks, myself and everyone around me started noticing the difference in my energy levels, confidence and body image. The compliments I have received since starting have been the best motivation and confidence booster that I needed and being able to say I reached my goal weight is an amazing feeling!

Not only has this challenge given me energy and the starting a of a body I can finally be proud of, but it's given me more time in a day and a positive attitude towards exercise, food and every day life!
