Los primeros cambios los note a nivel digestivo, ya gozaba de una buena digestión pero aún así sentí muchos cambios y a pesar que inicie el reto en época de fin de año que hay muchas reuniones y comidas.
Estuve tomando Yor probiotics todas las mañanas y YOR MRP todas más mañanas antes de entrenar.
El súper greens y la fibra lo use como colación de medio día junto con una manzana y sentí cambios muy significativos en la piel.
Estuve entrenando realmente sólo 3 veces por semana. Como colación de la tarde estuve tomando el YOR MRP. Y por la noche el repair.
