Hola que tal familia bonita de YorHealth…
Gracias a Dios terminando mi cuarto ciclo de reto.. Estoy muy contento por mis resultados, me había planteado bajar de peso y subir en masa muscular asistiendo a un Gimnasio tradicional (algo aburrido para mí), sin embargo replantee mis metas para correr 21K en el Maratón Internacional de Culiacán, les comparto que al igual que el año pasado corrí el medio maratón de Culiacán, solo que esta vez los suplementos de YorHealth me ayudaron a mejorar mis tiempos un 25%! Lo que significa correr 21 K en 2:10 Horas…
Mis entrenamientos consistían en correr 3 a 4 veces por semana temprano por la mañana, fue difícil porque estaba en pleno diciembre y con tanta fiesta y desvelo a veces se complica permanecer, pero fui constante.
Todas las mañana me tomaba mis YOR PROBIOTICS al despertar, luego mi deliciosa YOR SHAKE antes de mis entrenamientos, corría entre 6 a 12 Kms dependiendo lo que me tocará, al desayunar acompañaba mis alimentos con otra deliciosa malteada, a media mañana el YOR SUPERGREEN me servía de deliciosa colación, mi comida normal pero siempre acompañada con YOR VITAMINS y por las noches antes de dormir YOR REPAIR para recuperar mis músculos. Dos veces por semana realizaba ejercicios funcionales en casa para fortalecer mi torso, si necesitaba un punch extra tomaba YOR BERRY BLAST.
Como resultado perdí peso, baje cuatro kilos!. Me encanta estar delgado por qué me siento y veo más joven, con un cuerpo atlético que no creí tener a mis 34 años. Además de disfrutar un estilo de vida en donde la salud, nutrición y el ejercicio se complementan para mejorar mi bienestar y calidad de vida.
Ahora no solo corro en las calles y parques, gracias a la energía que me brindan los suplementos de YorHealth, me enliste en una carrera de Trail Running, en donde el objetivo era correr un circuito de seis horas en campo traviesa en la noche. Fue una experiencia fascinante, logré dar dos vueltas en aproximadamente 3 horas. Con mi Outfit de YorHealth y con mi Camelback en donde traía todo lo que necesitaba para resistir.. Mi YOR BERRY BLAST!
Finalmente después de las carreras me inscribí la ultima semana del reto en un Gimnasio de CrossFit (Este si es Divertido!), ahora sí ya con condición, energía y metas cumplidas reforzar mi masa muscular.

Hello YorHealth family …
Thanks to God - I just finished my fourth challenge cycle and I am very satisfied with my results. At first I had considered to lose weight and gain muscle mass assisting to a regular Gym(something boring to me), nevertheless I restate my goals to running 21K in the International Marathon of Culiacán, as I did last year, only that this time the YorHealth supplements really helped me improve my times by 25%! Which means that it took me 2:10 hours to run 21K
My trainings consisted in running 3 to 4 times per week early in the morning, at the beggining it was kind of hard because it was December Holidays and with so many partys and sleeplessness sometimes it really complicates to continue, but I did persist.
Every morning I had my YOR PROBIOTICS just as I woke, then my delightful YOR SHAKE before every training, wich consisted in running between 6 to 12 Km depending my program. When I had my breakfast I drank another delightful shake, at about 11 AM I drank YOR SUPERGREEN as a delightful collation, at 1:30 I had my normal meal but always accompanied with YOR VITAMINS and in the nights before seeping, I had YOR REPAIR to recover my muscles. Twice a week I did some functional exercises at home to strengthen my torso, if I needed an extra punch I drank a YOR BERRY BLAST.
As result I lost weight, nine pounds!. I love to be fit, cause I feel and look younger, with an athletic body that never imagined having in my 34 years.
In addition to enjoying a life style in which health, nutrition and exercise complement each other to improve my well-being and improve my quality life.
Now I not only run in the streets and parks, thanks to the energy that the YorHealth supplements gives me, I listed myself in a career of Trail Running, where the target was to cover a circuit of six hours in cross-country in the night. It was a fascinating experience, I managed to run approximately 3 hours in the woods. Fully equipped with my YorHealth Outfit and with my Camelback full of YOR BERRY BLAST!
Finally after the races I registered, the last week of the challenge I join a CrossFit Gym (really fun to me!), having a better condition, energy and the previoulsy completed running goals, its time to reinforce my muscle mass.

It is clear to me that I will list myself in the next challenge!
