mid morning towards lunchtime - supergreen, fibre blend and Berry Blast

At night before bed, took the recovery tablet for the 1st 4 weeks.

breakfast - shake/fruit
2hrs later - two protein bars
2hrs later - protein meal
3hrs later - fruit or a greens bar
pre-workout - either a shake, or a piece of banana break or muffin
Dinner - Meat / veggies
Desert - small piece of vanilla ice cream

Exercise
Monday - Easy bike ride, recovery type, very easy.
Tuesday - day off
Wed - Exercises for sprinting - cable presses, chin ups and some shoulder exercise - followed by hill sprints - 3 x 200m
Thur - easy bike ride, recovery
Fri - Tempo runs - 10 x 30 sec runs with 1 min recovery of walking
Sat - Day off
Sun - Time trial or very hard run, typically 4sec effors to 50sec efforts. Followed by outdoor bodyweight circuit, including a tree log we used as a shoulder workout. Normally, the vastly hardest session of the week.


Done a personal Best over 60m 2 weeks ago, 6 weeks into challenge - it was hand timed, so not official, but, it's the best hand time by far (hand timing as compared to electronic has been within 0.2 sec at worst) Previous best 7.03 electronic - or 7.1 for hand held. Ran a 6.58 then a 6.75 - which is a huge time.
